Jwala Ji- The Eternal Flame even Akbar and Time Couldn't Extinguish

"Jwala Ji" is name of Hindu Goddess in Hinduism. She is said to resides as an eternal flame since time infinity near a place called Kangra in Lower himalayas, India.
The mystical and astonishing fact about this flame is that it is burning since time immemorials.
Mythological legend goes that when Lord Shiva was in unconsious state due to death of his wife Sati who threw herself in holy altar after her father accused Lord Shiva, Lord Vishnu divided Sati's body into fifty one pieces which fell on earth at various places. These places came to known as ShaktiPeeths and where Sati's tongue fell is Jwala Ji.
Some facts that can be traced in this regards-
The flame burns flawless and in blue colour. (Scientifically this signifies complete combustion.)
It is burning continously since first date of its known history. (Scientifically the source could be renewable in nature)
We don't have any knowledge of its source. Some says it could be reserve of natural gas but same could not be validated.
Legend goes that Akbar even tried to extinguish this eternal flame but couldn't get successful and the same could be validated in the form of golden umbrella which turned into copper (gift of Akbar in honour of Goddess Jwala Ji) in the temple.
Governement of India with team of abled Geologists under Nehru Ji has also tried but in vain to establish the source of this eternal flame.
I think if it is spring of natural gas which is said to be the source of Eternal Fire as mentioned in Wiki, then why any other natural occurence of sacred flame as Jwala Ji can not be found in other parts of world posseing numerous springs of natural gas. Although I too beleive that there is surely some other phenomena and science that is working behind Jwala Ji eternal flame but that can be indication of glory of our ancestors.
Now many people can give the example of Baku Ateshgah, a place in Azerbaizan wherein a similar temple is said to be created since fire is sacred to both hinduism and zoroastranism. It has been established that the same was due to source of natural gas in the rocky region that begins around 16th century and is exhausted in current times.Case of Jwalaji temple is different since the flame is burning since time immemorial and is till burning naturally.
If you happen to go to Jwala Ji temple, notice that under the divine grace of Maa Jwala Ji, priest who perform prayers daily in the temple remains unaffected by the eternal flame (blue in colour) despite putting his hand in the flame to give blessings of "Maa" to her devotees.
Conclusion is that everything can not be tested and verified on principles of science and that is why it is often said " Where the thinking boundary of Science ends, Region of Spirituality begins".

VAASTUSHASTRA- Ancient Science Equivalent to Modern Civil Engineering

"Vaastu Shastra" is an ancient Indian Science literally means "Science of Construction" or "Science of Architecture". This science is based on the concept of laws of nature and notion that house or construction should be built in harmony with nature. It further mentions that five basic elements of nature i.e.earth, water, fire, air and sky should be balanced while the construction is carried out.
Science of Vaastu is as old as our Indian Civilization and whole world knows how old is Indian Civilization! In fact many principles of our modern civil engineering can find its roots in Vaastu Shastra. The details of the same can be easily found in one of the four Vedas- "Yajur Veda".
Scientific Explanation and Reasoning of Vaastu Shastra
The most prominent form of forces not only on our Earth but in entire Solar System are Gravitational Force and Magnetic Force which of course find their roots in each other. You can refer my article to read how a man can be affected by Gravitational Forces- Indian Astrology- Science Behind It, Validated by Newton's Law

Now, Vaastu says that every plot or house can be divided in eight directions and every direction has a  GOD     ( Scientifically, Form of Energy) associated with it which is as follows-

East (E)->Indra(Earth)
South-East(SE) ->Agni(Fire)
South(S) ->Yama
South West(SW) ->Niruthi
West(W) ->Varuna(Water)
North West(NW)  ->Vaayu(Air)
North(N) -> Kubera
North East(NE) -> Eswar(Sky)

Same way vaastu says that energy(Energy of Sun and Air)comes from east direction and should be blocked appropriately in house to go out from west direction. Further magnetic field flows from South to North Direction, it will keep the flow of energy intact in our house forever and this will give us good health, peace of mind which in turns gives us prosperity. Indian Scripture says that we should sleep with our head in South direction and the same has been validated by western scientists too.(Our Bio-Magnetism In harmony with Earth's Magnetism)

I will not go into much details of Vaastu (briefly you can refer them in diagram at the start of article),my only point is scientific principles behind vaastu. Now let me tell you few principles of vaastu which have given birth to great principles of our Modern Civil Engineering.

Two Principles of Soil Tests according to Vaastu-

1-Dig a hole equal to the length of one hand deep in the ground. Exacavate the mud out of the hole completely and then refill it with this excavated mud. If quantity of mud excavated out is greater that the volume of the hole, then land is very good, If it is equal, then land is normal, If it is less, then not fit for construction. If any Civil or Geotechnical Engineer is reading this article then he can very well associate this principle with modern compaction soil test inference.

2-Dig a hole in the ground, excavate the soil and fill it with water. Then go walking for 100 yards. After walking 100 yards, return and notice the water level in the hole. If the water level is same as we have left, then land is very good, if it is little bit less, then land is normal and if it is very less, land is unfit for construction. Yeah,  Construction professionals can easily relate this test to fineness and seepage tests of soil along with nature of soil.

Though the vaastu is mentioned in "Yajur Veda", the established and validated source of its existence as per historians is Age of Raja Bhoja. Raja Bhoja was an Ancient Indian King of 11th Century who have written the most prominet scripture on VaastuShastra " SamranngSootraDhar". If we take this is as a reference, we can easily deduce that people who have given our Civil engineering its foundation principles must have found their source of inspiration from Ancient Indian Constuction Science- Vaastushastra only; in one way or other because there is no other ancient science in the world that can explain Science of Construction with such a depth along with its length and breadth.

Vaastu believes that five elements of nature should be harmony with each other because they represent not only natural forces but our five senses too-

Fire-Eyes(Vision)- SUN
Air-Touch(Skin)- WIND
Space- Sound(Ears)- SOUND Energy
Earth-Smell(Nose)- GRAVITATIONAL & MAGNETIC FORCES
Water-Taste(Tongue)- RAINS and RIVERS

We all are wise enough to admit the fact that nothing can give true happiness unless you have health and peace of mind, prerequsite to enjoy worldly pleasures.
Vaastu thus is a science that compliments the art of construction.

HISTORY & ANCIENT INDIAN SCIENCE

Modern Science and Astronomy says that-
Distance of Earth from Sun is 152 million km.
 I came across an interesting post on FaceBook  regarding this distance calculation and thought to share an elaborate verison of it with you all. It will help you to understand the significance of our ancient principles, technology and culture.
  Two lines of Hindu Prayer " Hanuman Chalisa" computes that distance with great simplicity and that too quite accurately -
! जुग सहस्त्र योजन पर भानु, लील्यो ताहि  मधुर फल जानू !
This means that Sun (भानु ) is at a distance of  Juug Sahastra Yojans (जुग सहस्त्र योजन- Distance Unit in Hindi)
According to following conversion practices that are in use as per Hindu Vedic Literature-

1Juug= 12000
Sahastra= 1000
1Yojan=8 Miles

Thus 12000X1000X8 = 96,000,000  miles

I miles= 1.6 kms

This further implies that distance is about 153,600,000 Km.
Some google research told me that in the 17th century two scientists Giovanni and Richer have calculated the distance of sun from earth  accurately and real close( at 140 million kilometers) to now officially declared figures.
Hanuman Chalisa has been validated by Goswami Tulsidas who is believed to be of 15th Century. This means distance of Sun from Earth has been calculated much more accurately than these 17th century scientists even two centuries before their birth.
Question here is not how Tulsidas calculated this distance or how he came to know about this distance.
But the attention of the moment should be on that people even in that age have knowledge and capabilities that is beyond the imagination of our so called  todays advanced nuclear energy age.
 History is not presented to us in a way it should be. There are still many elements and precious jewels of information that are being kept hidden from us.
Ocean of history is before you, dive in and dig the jewels out.The gleaming beam of knowledge from these jewels will not only enrich our country but will also keep bestowing direction to our future generations.

OM-The Eternal Sound of Universal Rhythm

"OM"- A rhythm as powerful as earthquake has the power to echo through our lives in a form that is similar to rise of 'Phoenix from the Ashes'. Helps in the discovery of whole new you, Infact the 'Real Me'.

Om is basically a divine and sacred symbol, syllable in Hinduism. It is chanted with influence and focus on three sanskrit words as " aa, au and ma". It is said to posses all the vibrations in the Universe.
Such is the power of this divine syllable that every 'Mantra' in Hindusim is assigned to begin and end with OM only. The easiest and quickest way to feel the presence of divine power around and within us is by humming this sacred sound of "OM".

Scientists and Practioners all over the world have feel different advantages of OM through their Experiments and Experiences as listed below-
·         Helps in gaining focus by removing distractful thoughts from the mind.

·         Helps in calming the nervous system and thus increasing our emotional quotient.

·         Helps in relaxation of body and mind by slowing down the breathing process.

·         Makes the surrounding atmosphere soother and thus oxygenation of our whole body.

·         Vibrations produced during chanting of OM is helpful in recovering body from many diseases and strengthening our immune system.
How to Chant "OM"
As explained before that OM consists of three sanskrit words-" aa, au and ma", so during chanting process we should first start with "aa". Sound of "aa" should start with our centre point of stomach and then without any break or obstruction move on to "au". Sound of "au" should start with our heart and then further move on to sound "ma" starting it from our vocal cord.
Important-Before beginning this process take a deep breath (Inhale Air) as chanting is completly and continous exhaling process. Start with "aa" move on to "au" and end the cycle with humming of  "ma" a bit longer than previous two words.

"OM" can not be bounded to any single religion.It is just that Hinduism has understood its significance and therfore has made "OM" an important aspect of its philosophy. Our sages(ancient times) have done penance and hardships for prolong period of time to understand "OM". Otherwise it is a mystical gift of GOD to humankind. Feel it, Enjoy this and Get Elevated.

Don't wait now, Don't Waste You time any Further, Include "OM" in your life and get connected to "Divine", The Almighty straight away.

Afterall Spirituality along with History is needless to say, powerful enough; to guide us into a bright new Future World.

The Philosopher’s Stone of Alchemy

The Philosopher’s Stone

The philosophers’ stone (Latin: lapis philosophorum) is a legendary alchemical substance, said to be capable of turning base metals, especially lead, into gold (chrysopoeia); it was also sometimes believed to be an elixir of life, useful for rejuvenation and possibly for achieving immortality.
The Alchymist, In Search of the Philosophers’ Stone by Joseph Wright of Derby, 1771.
For many decades, it was the most sought-after goal in Western alchemy, meditated upon by alchemists, such as Sir Isaac Newton, Nicolas Flamel, and Frater Albertus. The Stone was the central symbol of the mystical terminology of alchemy, symbolizing perfection, enlightenment, and heavenly bliss. The discovery of the philosopher’s stone was known as the Great Work.
The origins of the philosopher’s stone seem to be in ancient Hinduism. The Yoga Vasistha, written between the 10th and 14th century AD, contains a story about the Philosopher’s stone (Cintamani).
A great Hindu sage wrote about the spiritual accomplishment of Gnosis using the metaphor of the philosopher’s stone. Saint Jnaneshwar (1275-1296), wrote a commentary with 17 references to the philosopher’s stone that explicitly transmutes base metal into gold. The seventh century Indian sage Thirumoolar in his classic Tirumandhiram explains man’s path to immortal divinity. In verse 2709 he declares that the name of God, Shiva or the god Shambala, is an alchemical vehicle that turns the body into immortal gold. His poetry resonates with the deathless nature of spiritual attainment. And since God Shiva is usually depicted through a Shivalinga, a sculpted stone, this is possibly the origin.

Another Indian saint, Ramalinga Swamigal (1823-1874) is believed to have dissolved his “perfected” body into blinding white light, just as another sage, Manickavasagar, is believed to have done in the seventh century. He too claimed direct knowledge bestowed by divine grace. In his classic testimony, “The Divine Song of Grace”, Ramalinga describes the transmutation of his dense physical body into a body of light:

“Oh God! The Eternal Love, just to bestow upon me the golden body, You, Universal Love, have merged with my heart, allowing yourself to be infused in me. Oh Supreme Love, You with the Light of Grace have alchemised my body”.

The Philosopher’s Stone – by Sir Isaac Newton

Sir Isaac Newton, the famous seventeenth-century mathematician and scientist, though not generally known as an alchemist, practiced the art with a passion. Though he wrote over a million words on the subject, after his death in 1727, the Royal Society deemed that they were “not fit to be printed.” The papers were rediscovered in the middle of the twentieth century and most scholars now concede that Newton was first an foremost an alchemist. It is also becoming obvious that the inspiration for Newton’s laws of light and theory of gravity came from his alchemical work.

If one looks carefully, in the light of alchemical knowledge, at the definitive biography, Sir Isaac Newton by J. W. V. Sullivan, it is quite easy to realize the alchemical theories from which he was working. Sir Arthur Eddington, in reviewing this book, says: “The science in which Newton seems to have been chiefly interested, and on which he spent most of his time was alchemy. He read widely and made innumerable experiments, entirely without fruit so far as we know.” One of his servants records: “He very rarely went to bed until two or three of the clock, sometimes not till five or six, lying about four or five hours, especially at springtime or autumn, at which time he used to employ about six weeks in his laboratory, the fire scarce going out night or day. What his aim might be I was unable to penetrate into.” The answer is that Newton’s experiments were concerned with nothing more or less than alchemy. (from Alchemy Rediscovered and Restored by A. Cockren)

Isaac Newton’s alchemical notebooks are like a gigantic jigsaw puzzle. But this puzzle is no child’s play—more like an enigma wrapped in a mystery riddled with a number of misleading clues.

Newton on Keeping Alchemy Secret

Isaac Newton wrote fellow alchemist Robert Boyle a letter urging him to keep “high silence” in publicly discussing the principles of alchemy. “Because the way by the Mercurial principle may be impregnated has been thought fit to be concealed by others that have know it,” Newton wrote, “and therefore may possibly be an inlet to something more noble that is not to be communicated without immense damage to the world if there be any verity in [the warning of the] Hermetic writers. There are other things besides the transmutation of metals which none but they understand.” According to B.J.T. Dobbs in The Foundations of Newton’s Alchemy (Cambridge University Press, 1984), “The fact that Newton never published a work on alchemy cannot be taken to mean that he knew he had failed  [at the Great Work]. On the contrary, it probably means that he had enough success to think that he might be on the track of something of fundamental importance and so had good reason for keeping his ‘high silence,’ even though there is nothing to indicate that he himself was searching for that mysterious “inlet to something more noble.

The Book of Aquarius

The purpose of this book is to release one particular secret, which has been kept hidden for the last 12,000 years. The Philosophers’ Stone, Elixir of Life, Fountain of Youth, Ambrosia, Soma, Amrita, Nectar of Immortality. These are different names for the same thing.
Throughout history this secret has been used by a very few to extend their lives hundreds of years in perfect health, with access to unlimited wealth, among many other miraculous properties. Some kept the secret because they understood that the time was not right for the secret to be free for all people, but most kept the secret out of their own jealousy, ignorance, egotism and corruption.
The Stone’s history and the history of the human race up until this day is a strange story full of secret societies, hooded cloaks, and mystical symbols. Such theatrics are childish and shallow. It’s pointless to look for the light in the shadows.
The Philosophers’ Stone operates and is made by entirely natural and scientific means. Truth is always simple, beautiful and easy to understand.
The Philosophers’ Stone is real; you can make it at home. The Stone makes old people young, heals all forms of sickness and disease, extends your life, turns any metal into gold, and more, as you will learn. This isn’t a myth or a metaphor, it’s a fact.
Don’t judge this book before you’ve read it. This is not one of those airy fairy books written in all kinds of mystical language, filling pages with words that makes sentences but not sense. This book will make more sense than anything you’ve ever read before.
The age of secrets is over. I’m writing this book in common English. There’s no need for mystical language or metaphor. This book contains no hidden meaning or codes; everything is stated plainly and directly, in the shortest and simplest of words necessary to convey the meaning.

8 Mysterious treasures in India that could make you a Billionaire overnight

India was known as ‘sone ki chidiya’, meaning ‘the golden sparrow’. It was because, India earlier was considered to be rich, prosperous and wealthy. Here a few hidden treasures in India that give you a glimpse of India’s glorious past. Buy a flight ticket and visit these places, and if you are lucky you might even discover some old treasures.

Charminar Tunnel, Hyderabad
Constructed by Sultan Mohammed Quli Qutub Shah, this tunnel connects Charminar and Golconda Fort. This secret passageway served as an emergency exit for the royal family during exigencies. The king hid his treasure in this tunnel. There are rumours that the treasure chest is still undiscovered and awaits an exploration.

King Kothi Palace, Hyderabad
The last Nizam of Hyderabad, Mir Osman Ali was named as 'fifth all-time wealthiest person' with a net worth of $210.8 billion by Forbes magazine, while TIME magazine declared him the richest man in the world in 1937. The riches of this royal king are said to be hidden in the underground chambers of King Kothi Palace, the king’s personal residence. In his sprawling King Kothi palace, precious jewellery like diamonds, rubies, sapphires, pearls and gems are stored in steel trunks. It will be quite a quest to hunt the royal palace down.

Alwar Fort, Rajasthan
During the exile of Emperor Jehangir, the emperor sought refuge in Alwar Fort of Rajasthan. It is believed that he hid a great deal of treasure here while he was on the run. While some of it was found, there was quite some part of it still uncovered.

Jaigarh Fort, Jaipur
When Man Singh I was on his way from the Afghan conquest, he had a huge chest of treasure with him. Sources have revealed that he never shared all the treasure with the king. He hid some of it in Jaigarh Fort. There is also a parallel story which states that the then PM Indira Gandhi, ordered a search in hunt of the treasure. No one knows how successful the hunt was. So, by all means, the treasure lays hidden in the fort and you might stand a fair chance of getting lucky.

Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Kerala
In 2011, an underground secret vault in the Padmanabhaswamy Temple, situated in Thiruvananthapuram, was opened on the court order and a collection of gold, diamonds, gems, silver ornaments, crowns and precious stones were uncovered. The estimated value of the treasure chest is around $22 billion. There is another vault in the temple which is believed to be richer and wealthier than the one discovered.

Krishna River Treasure, Andhra Pradesh
The place that gave birth to the invincible Kohinoor Diamond, the banks of Krishna river are said to have the world’s best diamond. Once upon a time, these mines were the main source of diamonds to the world. If you are lucky, you may even catch a few diamonds here today. Seven of world’s top 10 diamonds are said to be from Andhra Pradesh.

Son Bhandar Caves, Bihar
Son Bhandar - literally meaning 'a repository of gold' hint towards the golden treasury chest safely camouflaged in it. The set of twin caves, located in the Rajgir district of Bihar are said to conceal a huge treasure secured safely by the great king of the Magadha empire, King Bimbisara. Legend has it that if you can decipher the scripts engraved on the cave, the door of the cave will magically open. Much like the Alladin days, isn’t it? A canon mark stands testimony to the failed attempt of the Britishers trying to break open the entrance.

Sri Mookambika Temple, Karnataka

Located on the foothills of Western Ghats, Sri Mookambika Temple is situated in the Kollur district of Karnataka. The Nayaks of Bednore which initially ruled under the Vijayanagra kingdom declared this temple as their state temple and honoured the idol and the sanctum with a lot of jewellery. It is believed that the kings hid a great deal of treasure here in a secretly closed chamber, guarded by a serpent’s motif.

It has the potential to cure any fever right from those caused due to common infections to those caused due to malaria as well. In ayurveda, it is strongly advised that a person suffering from fever should have a decoction made of tulsi leaves. In case of a fever boil a few leaves of tulsi with powdered cardamom in half a litre of water( The proportion of tulsi to cardamom powder should be in the ratio 1:0.3). Let it reduce to half its total volume. Mix this decoction with sugar and milk. Sip every two to three hours. This remedy is especially good for children.

Beats diabetes: leaves of holy basil are packed with antioxidants and essential oils that produce eugenol, methyl eugenol and caryophyllene.  Collectively these substances help the pancreatic beta cells (cells that store and release insulin) function properly. This in turn helps increase sensitivity to insulin. Lowering one’s blood sugar and treating diabetes effectively. An added advantage is that the antioxidants present in the leaves help beat the ill effects of oxidative stress.

Protects the heart: Tulsi has a powerful anti-oxidant component called Eugenol. This compound helps protect the heart by keeping one’s blood pressure under control and lowering his/her cholesterol levels. Chewing a few leaves of tulsi on an empty stomach everyday can both prevent and protect any heart ailments.

Beats stress: According to a study conducted by the Central Drug Research Institute, Lucknow, India, tulsi helps to maintain the normal levels of the stress hormone – cortisol in the body.  The leaf also has powerful adaptogen properties (also known as anti-stress agents). It helps sooth the nerves, regulates blood circulation and beats free radicals that are produced during an episode of stress. People who have high stress jobs can chew about 12 leaves of tulsi twice a day to beat stress naturally.Dissolves kidney stones: The holy basil being a great diuretic and detoxifier is great for the kidneys. Tulsi helps reduce the uric acid levels in the blood (one of the main reasons for kidney stones is the presence of excess uric acid in the blood), helps cleanse the kidneys, the presence of acetic acid and other components in its essential oils helps in breaking down kidney stones and its painkiller effect helps dull down the pain of kidney stones. To relieve kidney stones one must have
the juice of tulsi leaves with honey, every day for six months to help wash out the stone from the kidney.

Beats cancer: With strong anti-oxidant and anti-carcinogenic properties tulsi has been found to help stop the progression of breast cancer and oral cancer (caused due to chewing tobacco). This is because its compounds restrict the flow of blood to the tumour by attacking the blood vessels supplying it. Have the extract of tulsi every day to keep these conditions at bay.

Helps to quit smoking: Tulsi is known to have very strong anti- stress compounds and is great to help one quit smoking. It helps by lowering the stress that may be involved in trying to quit smoking, or stress that leads to the urge to smoke. It also has a cooling effect on the throat just like menthol drops and helps control the urge to smoke by allowing the person to chew on something. Ayurveda relies heavily on tulsi leaves as a smoking cessation device. Keep some leaves with you and chew it whenever the urge to smoke arises. Another plus is that the antioxidant property of the leaves will help fight all the damage that arises out of years of smoking.

Keeps your skin and hair healthy and glowing: The holy basil has powerful purifying properties. When eaten raw, it purifies the blood giving the skin a beautiful glow, and prevents the appearance of acne and blemishes. Its anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties are very effective in preventing breakouts on acne prone skin. Ayurvedic doctors say that this herb can cure difficult skin conditions like those caused due to ring worms and even leucoderma. Apart from all this, it helps in reducing itchiness of the scalp and helps to reduce hair fall. Mix the powder in coconut oil and apply regularly to the scalp to prevent hair fall. Eating tulsi leaves, drinking the juice, or adding its paste to a face pack can help cure skin and hair conditions.Heals
 respiratory conditions: Tulsi has immunomodulatory (helps to modulate the immune system), antitussive (suppresses the cough center, reducing the amount of cough) and expectorant properties (helps expel phlegm from the chest), that make it a great relief for coughs, cold, and other respiratory disorders including chronic and acute bronchitis.
This leaf  has anti-bacterial and anti-fungal properties : That help to beat the infection causing the respiratory problem. It also relieves congestion since it contains potent components like camphene, eugenol and cineole in its essential oils. Its anti-allergic and anti-inflammatory properties also help to treat allergic respiratory disorders.

Cures a headache: Tulsi helps to relieve headaches caused due to sinusitis, allergies, cold or even migraines. This is because it has pain relieving and decongestant properties,  that help relieve the pain and resolve the root cause of the condition. If you are suffering from a headache, make a bowl of water that has been boiled with crushed tulsi leaves or tulsi extract. Cool the water till it is room temperature or bearably hot. Place a small towel in it, wring out the excess water and place this on your forehead to treat a headache.
